Terms and Conditions – Nexaro World Cup Discount Campaign “Every Goal Counts”

1. Organizer

The organizer of this campaign is Nexaro GmbH, Blombacher Bach 3, 42287 Wuppertal, Germany.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 14 June to 28 June inclusive.

3. Promotional Product

The discount campaign applies exclusively to the Nexaro NR 1500 robot vacuum cleaner in the Nexaro online shop:

4. Campaign Mechanism

For every goal scored by the German national team (DFB team) in its FIFA Club World Cup group-stage matches, the discount on the Nexaro NR 1500 increases by 1 percentage point.

Only the following group-stage matches will be considered:

14 June Germany – Curaçao
20 June Germany – Ivory Coast
25 June Ecuador – Germany

The discount is accumulated throughout the entire campaign period.

Example:

After the first match Germany scores 3 goals → Discount: 3%
After the second match Germany scores 2 additional goals → Total discount: 5%
After the third match Germany scores 1 additional goal → Total discount: 6%

Only goals scored by Germany during regular playing time are counted. Own goals scored by the opposing team count as goals for Germany if they are officially awarded to Germany.

5. Discount Updates

The applicable discount will be updated and displayed in the Nexaro online shop by 09:00 a.m. (CEST) on the first business day following the match.

6. Redemption

The applicable discount will be published as a discount code on the Nexaro NR 1500 product page. The discount code is visible during the respective campaign period and can be entered in the designated field during checkout.

After successful entry of the valid discount code, the discount is automatically deducted from the purchase price of the Nexaro NR 1500. Retroactive application of the discount to orders already completed is excluded.

The discount code published on the product page at the time of ordering shall always apply. Cash payment of the discount value is excluded.

7. Combination with Other Promotions

Combination with other discount promotions, vouchers or special conditions is excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Availability

The campaign is valid only while stocks last. There is no entitlement to availability of the promotional product.

9. Changes and Early Termination

Nexaro reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign early for good cause if necessary and provided that participants’ interests are not unreasonably affected.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
