When purchasing a Nexaro bundle consisting of a Nexaro robot and a Pro.Multi license, the delivery includes not only the device itself but also the possibility to use the robot in the Nexaro HUB for the agreed period in accordance with the following conditions:

• Use of the Nexaro HUB is subject to customer registration and the associated conclusion of a separate agreement regarding the services of the Nexaro HUB. The Nexaro HUB general terms of service apply.
• The customer must register in the Nexaro HUB and activate their device there within twelve months of delivery of the device; registration is subject to entry of the device serial number. If the device is activated at a later date, the usage period shall be reduced accordingly.
• The Pro.Multi license acquired as part of the Nexaro bundle may only be used with the corresponding bundle device. Transfer of the usage option to a different device shall be excluded.
• After expiry of the agreed period, additional costs will be incurred for the use of the Pro.Multi license for the respective robot. The customer will be informed in advance by Nexaro.
