Promotional Terms and Conditions

When purchasing one of 1,000 eligible Nexaro NR 1500 during the promotional period from October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, the organizer grants the customer an extended 24-month warranty period for the purchased item in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions:

  1. The organizer of the pre-sale event is Nexaro GmbH (Mühlenweg 17-37, 42275 Wuppertal, Germany – hereinafter “Nexaro”).
  2. Companies based in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are eligible to participate. The number of eligible units is limited to 1,000 units.
  3. For a warranty period extension, the eligible customer must (i) enter into a purchase contract with Nexaro or a distribution partner for an eligible Nexaro NR 1500 during the promotion period and (ii) register for participation at the nexaro.com/presale website between May 1, 2023 and July 31, 2023. The registration requires proof of contract conclusion during the promotion period.
  4. Under the Promotional Terms and Conditions, Nexaro will extend the warranty period once per eligible unit by 12 months to a total of 24 months. The extension is not transferable to third parties or other units and may not be sold to third parties.
  5. Combination with other promotions, vouchers or reward offers is excluded. Cash payout of the promotional value is likewise excluded. If the purchase contract is not effectively concluded during the promotion period, the granting of the warranty period extension is likewise excluded.
  6. The protection of personal data is important to Nexaro. Nexaro will only use personal data within the scope of the legal provisions for the purpose of carrying out the promotion. For the purpose of checking promotion eligibility, the customer master data and order data collected for the purchase of the Nexaro NR 1500 are processed together with the customer data collected during the registration for participation in the promotion to determine eligibility.
