A total of 50 Nexaro robot vacuum cleaners are currently in daily operation across an office campus — fully integrated into existing workflows and delivering measurable gains in efficiency while reducing the workload for cleaning teams. Thanks to the professional implementation by the Dr. Sasse team, robot-assisted vacuuming operates reliably and smoothly, providing a strong example of how robotics is already transforming facility management today.

Maximum efficiency with cleanliness around the clock: Across the nine McDreams Hotels, more than 50 Nexaro robot vacuum cleaners support the housekeeping team with daily carpet cleaning. Whether permanently stationed in the corridors or deployed flexibly in guest rooms using Drop & Go, the robots deliver consistently high cleaning quality while significantly reducing the workload for staff. The result is measurable efficiency gains, substantially less strain on the housekeeping team, and consistently high standards of cleanliness across approximately 40,000 m².

At the Dresden City Forum, the use of autonomous cleaning robots was already taken into account during the building's planning phase. This enables seamless integration into daily operations without requiring any retrofitting or disruption to ongoing activities. At the Dresden City Forum, 25 devices clean approximately 5,000 square metres every day. “The robots operate at night when nobody is in the building, and every morning employees arrive to find a clean workplace,” says Julius Butze, Sales Assistant at Dr. Butze GmbH, who supported the project.

At the Enschede Town Hall, nine autonomous robot vacuum cleaners from Nexaro are revolutionising floor cleaning. Across three open-plan floors, they clean a total office area of 6,000 m². The fleet is centrally managed and monitored by a single person using the Nexaro HUB. Because the robots work fully autonomously after business hours, more than 600 municipal employees working in hybrid roles benefit from uninterrupted workflows and perfectly clean offices the following morning.
