Who is eligible for the promotion?
The promotional offer applies to commercial customers purchasing at least 10 Nexaro NR 1700 units that are used at the same property or location. The promotion is available in selected European countries and applies while stocks last. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Nexaro GmbH also apply.
What exactly is included in the promotional package?
When you purchase at least 10 Nexaro NR 1700 units, you receive on-site installation & onboarding for your purchased fleet as well as four weeks of remote monitoring for the purchased devices at no additional charge. During remote monitoring, our experts analyze operations and help optimize the cleaning areas.
What is the value of my promotional benefit?
With just 10 Nexaro NR 1700 units, the included services are worth €5,699 net: €3,790 for on-site installation & onboarding plus €1,909 for four weeks of remote monitoring for 10 devices. For larger fleets, the value of the included services increases accordingly. The calculation is based on Nexaro's regular service prices, excluding VAT.
Is our property suitable for the Nexaro NR 1700?
We will determine this together with you during the suitability check. We review your areas and operating conditions and assess how the NR 1700 can be integrated effectively into your existing cleaning processes. The NR 1700 was developed for professional use in settings including offices, hotels and retail spaces.
How quickly can we get started with our Nexaro fleet?
Once the general conditions have been clarified, we will plan the installation of your fleet together. For standard on-site installation, Nexaro specifies a lead time of approximately 14 days. The actual date is agreed individually and depends, among other things, on availability and the scope of the project.
How do we centrally manage our Nexaro NR 1700 fleet?
With the Nexaro HUB, you can centrally organize your robot fleet, define cleaning tasks and schedules, monitor device status and analyze cleaning data. This makes managing larger fleets much easier.
Do we need to integrate the robots into our IT or Wi-Fi infrastructure?
No. Communication between the Nexaro robots and the Nexaro HUB is encrypted and takes place via the mobile network. A local Wi-Fi network or integration into the property's existing IT infrastructure is not required. Nexaro robots also operate without cameras.
