When purchasing a Nexaro NR 1500 during the promotion period from 08/15/2024 to 12/31/2024, Nexaro GmbH (Mühlenweg 17-37, 42275 Wuppertal, Germany—also referred to as "Nexaro") will give the customer a one-off accessory pack worth over €150 (RRP) for each robot purchased, provided that at least two robots are purchased, in accordance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligible companies include those based in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

2. Each customer can only take part in the promotion once, regardless of the number of orders placed during the promotion period.

3. To receive the accessory pack (i) the eligible customer must conclude a purchase contract with Nexaro or a distribution partner for at least two Nexaro NR 1500 during the promotion period. (ii) Customers can participate via the Nexaro online store by entering a voucher code. (iii) Participation via a distribution partner requires proof of contract conclusion during the promotion period. To receive the accessory pack, the end customer must upload a copy of the invoice to the nexaro.com/innovation-bonus website by 11/30/2024. Once the invoice has been successfully checked, Nexaro will mail the accessory pack.

4. The accessory pack includes the following items: one main brush, two packs of side brushes, two packs of filters, and three packs of Nexaro fragrance chips with a total value of €155.20 (RRP).

5. Combination with other promotions, vouchers, or bonus offers is excluded. Cash payment of the equivalent value of the promotion is also excluded. The promotion prize will only be awarded if the purchase contract is effectively concluded during the promotion period. Nexaro reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely or extend it.

6. Protecting personal data is an important issue for Nexaro. Nexaro will only use personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions for the purpose of running the promotion. For the purpose of checking eligibility for the promotion, the customer master data and order data collected when purchasing the Nexaro NR 1500 will be processed together with the customer data collected during registration for participation in the promotion to determine eligibility.
