This 3-metre power cable offers maximum flexibility when choosing where to place your charging station. It is fitted with the universal Schuko plug (type E/F) – the standard plug for household appliances in Germany and much of Europe. The extra length easily bridges larger distances to the nearest wall outlet, while any excess cable can be neatly stowed on the base station's built-in cable wrap.

Our tip: If the robot vacuum ever fails to charge as expected, first check that the power cable is firmly seated at both ends. A plug that isn't fully inserted is the most common cause of charging interruptions.

Insert the appliance connector of the power cable firmly into the socket on the charging unit of the docking station. Wind any excess cable length around the station's cable wrap and then plug the mains plug into a wall outlet. (If you are replacing an existing cable, first make sure to fully disconnect the station from the mains.)
