The Dresden City Forum is not just a new administrative building in the Saxon state capital, but a pioneering model for digital building management. The municipal real estate company for Dresden (Kommunale Immobilien Dresden – KID) will rely on a smart cleaning solution from the Wuppertal-based technology company Nexaro in the future, thus further advancing digitization in building management.

Nexaro, the tech start-up from Wuppertal, Germany, is expanding its sales network within the commercial building cleaning industry. With mobiloclean trading group, a nationwide association of family-run specialized cleaning and hygiene wholesalers, Nexaro has gained a strategic partner. In the future, the entire Nexaro product portfolio, centered around its key product the Nexaro NR 1700, will be marketed throughout Germany by both parties.

Nexaro GmbH continues to expand within the German-speaking DACH region and enters into its first distribution partnership in Switzerland with Innova Robotics (Symex SA). The experienced industry player is thus expanding its portfolio with two innovative cleaning robots: the Nexaro NR 1500 and Nexaro NR 1700. That means that Swiss companies can now benefit from Nexaro’s state-of-the-art cleaning technology combined with Innova Robotics´ (Symex SA) comprehensive consulting skills and industry expertise.
