Materials

In the production of the Nexaro NR 1500, we use recyclable and recycled materials wherever possible – from suppliers the Vorwerk Group has been working with for many years.

Packaging

Wherever possible, we use sustainable materials such as recyclates, work with natural packaging materials like paper and cardboard, and conserve resources – that’s why our boxes, for example, are printed as little as possible. At the same time, we ensure that our products arrive undamaged.

Shipping

Depending on the destination, size, and weight of the shipments, we work with various shipping providers. We place great importance on shipping as CO₂-neutral as possible – for example, by using DHL Go Green. When shipping pallets, we focus on space-saving packaging to optimize transport routes and deliver efficiently to each country.

Repair service

Every robot that runs reliably doesn’t need to be rebuilt. Our optimized component design enables easy separation of materials. And the modular structure of our robot vacuum cleaner simplifies device repairs. This combination ensures easy maintenance in the long term.
